June 1, 2005 we began construction of our addition to the Lebanon Township house.

We are building a 3 car garage, Master Bedroom suite and a dynamic new entry.  We also will add a laundry room and powder room on the main floor, and expand the Kitchen..  Project also includes the demolition of the back glassed area, and reconstruction of the area with conventional techniques.

Our friend, Randy of EMR construction is heading up the construction of the structure.  It was completed in late 2005.  We are finishing the interior including doing much of the carpentry, plumbing and electrical.  As of the end of 2007, we are having the radiant heat and AC installed, and hope to be able to sheetrock and insulate in the spring of 2008.  As of 2010, we are doing the finish work, and hiring subs to assist in finishing the project.  The project is costing a lot because of the quality of what we are installing, but it will all be worth the effort when it is finally done. Or so we keep telling ourselves.
